Old Town Kissimmee

Old Town is a shopping and entertainment complex on an 18 acre site alongside Highway 192 in Kissimmee, Florida. It’s styled like a town from America’s past with tree-lined pedestrian walkways and old-fashioned stores to visit. There are also a number of family rides here too.

Old Town has selection of shops, restaurants, and bars along with a haunted house and the ‘Great Magic Hall’. It’s a haven for small, specialist independent stores where you can buy minerals, leather goods, surf wear, unusual gifts and jewellery. This place really comes into it’s own at night. The whole place livens up and there’s a decent atmosphere when Old Town is busy. Throughout the week there are free events and live music on the purpose built stage. The highlight is the world-famous Friday Muscle and Saturday Classic Car Shows & Cruise.

Old Town has been around since 1986 and it’s changed and developed over time. At one time it was struggling for visitors and many shops were empty, however there are new retail units now and the whole place has been renovated. The rides now include an 86-foot Ferris wheel which has great views.

Old Town stores are open from 10am to 11pm daily. Bars close at 2am. Parking is available on either side of the Old Town central street.
